  • Search committee launches the national search in partnership with Parker Executive Search
  • Position is marketed nationally
• Early-Mid February 2026
  
  • Search committee receives regular updates and reviews candidate materials
  • Initial interviews are conducted
  • Second-round interviews are held
• Late February 2026
  

  • Finalist(s) participate in on-campus visits and meetings with key University and community stakeholders
• Early March 2026
  

  • A Vice President and Director of Athletics is chosen.
